We stayed two nights at the Arizona Biltmore. Frank Lloyd Wright was the consulting arthitect on it. The original building was built in 1929. The grounds were so beautiful. Every president of the US has stayed here since president Hoover as well as many other celebrities.
(Lots of pictures)

This is one of the ballroom/meeting rooms.

The "Paradise Pool" with a waterslide...

One of the many sitting rooms...

Our room. It was unusually large.

A stained glass backlit panel at the entry. Very "Frank Lloyd Wright"...

I didn't take this, but this is the hotel lobby. It reminds me of the Hollywood Tower of Terror...

I didn't take this one either, but its still the lobby. Ourr pictures didn't come out very well. They were all blurry.

Another picture I didn't take...

Just inside the hotel entrance.

The conference center...

Lawn Chess and Checkers...

The Paradise Pool again with a sunken seating area...

and swim up bar.

the Paradise Pool waterslide.

Outdoor massage/treatment rooms at the Spa...
(we could use the spa/steam/sauna/hot tub for free too)

First trip of the summer + convertible + seat belt = :(
not fun. Ouch.

Hotel Facade.

I tried to find some haunted stories but didn't have any luck.

This is the Catilina Pool. The tiles are actually from Catalina Island. The Wrigley family (Wrigley's Gum) was the original owner of the Biltmore. They also owner Catalina Island. (I think that's right)
They say that Marilyn Monroe used to hang out at this pool.

The fine dining restaurant in the hotel, "Wrights"
